Store Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or wish to return your items, please send them back to our Distribution Center following our Return Policy:
• Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
• They should be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
• For health and safety reasons, swimwear, ski masks, face masks, and undergarments are non-returnable.
• The returns process may take up to 14 business days after we receive your items at our Distribution Center.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• If items sent to our Distribution Center don’t meet our Return Policy, we won’t ship them back to you.
Additional Notes: Depending on the shipping method, return packages may take several days. Retain proof of postage and ship with a tracking number as we’re not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fargo Clothing Co won’t issue store credit for returns.
Exchange Policy: We offer a one-time exchange for unsatisfactory items (e.g., wrong size/color) within 7 days of receiving your package. Shipped exchanges must be unworn, with attached tags, and accompanied by the Exchange Request Form. We’ll ship the new item to you at no cost. International Returns: Contact our Customer Care Team at fargoclothing@icloud.com before returning international items. Special circumstances may affect international return acceptance, but we’ll strive to assist you.

Shipping Policy: At our company, we prioritize the quality and condition of every item before shipping. All items undergo meticulous inspection and are photographed to ensure they are free from damages or defects before being dispatched. To guarantee a smooth and timely delivery, we kindly request accurate shipping information. Please take note of the following:
• Address Accuracy: We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to inaccurately provided shipping addresses.
• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be applicable for reshipment.
• Address Corrections: Corrections to shipping addresses can only be accommodated before an order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
• Delivery Timeframe: Upon order processing and payment verification, please allow a window of 7-10 business days to receive your package. This timeframe may vary based on location and external factors. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for all our customers.
